How do I book a session?Just reach out through the website to our whatsapp and send us a message. We'll agree on a date, time, and location, and we'll confirm everything within 24 hours.
How about the payment?We require a non-refundable 20% deposit to be paid in advance, after which the remainder of the payment will be made at the end of the photo session. We accept international contactless cards and cash.
When and how will I receive the photos?Up to 50 photos, you will have to wait a maximum of 24 hours from the end of the session, the photos will be professionally edited and selected. You will receive a link (WeTransfer) on whatsapp/instagram to download all the files.
Is it possible to have a completely personalized service?Absolutely, it's quite common for our customers to have specific needs, you can simply tell us via chat what you need and we'll do everything we can to accommodate you.
What if it rains?Venice is stunning in any weather, but if conditions aren’t ideal, we can reschedule at no extra cost.
Do I need to know how to pose?Not at all. You’ll be guided throughout the session, so even if you’ve never been in front of a camera, you’ll feel at easy and look natural.
